Coins are more easily traded and with U.S. Mint producing them there is a government backing, unlike bullion bars which are produced by private companies (not to mention that 1 oz coin easier to buy stuff with than 100 oz. bars, if ever necessary). Bars also sometimes are required (by prospective buyers) to be assayed, where coins are not. Coins much harder to counterfeit.
It depends on how you define “infringing” Rah. Most airline seats are narrower than the average man’s shoulder width. At 350lbs (my heaviest past weight), I needed an extender, but fit within the seats just fine due to the distribution of my weight. The airlines need to be held accountable for this, not the poor people flying (thin or fat). The seats are too small, they keep making them smaller, and everyone suffers.
