mean is average…add all scores, divide by the frequency of scores,
median is middle number, 50% above, 50% below…better to use median when you have extreme "out lying" scores…
Bimodal: two modes….two equally "most" occurring scores…..if you have males and females and are doing "average height"…it should be bimodal…one around 5'5" and the other around 5'10" (females vs. males)
