If you are talking about mylar lined 2x2s or folders which are pictured in the first two how to buy prescription drugs without a prescription links below, you should be able to find them at coin and/or hobby shops. The last link is a two year old Yahoo Answers question, and, according to some of the answers, places like Wal-Mart, Walgreens, WaldenBooks/Borders may have the current folders. A local coin club would be able to help you locate them. I hope that helps.

Just chose a place for your coins and leave them there. They are one of the best methods preserving coins, and are dirt cheap. You may be able to do it, but just in case, don't put a coin of great value and fineness back in in case oils were on the precious coin and left them behind. So no G wheat penny, take it out, and put a proof penny in it.
It actually depends on the thickness of the coins and one has to be careful of the staples. If one puts a say cent coin in front of a large silver dollar, the staples from the cent coin holder maybe up against the Mylar of the dollar holder and can rip it and damage the dollar. It is best not to worry about how many fit but to make sure there is some play so coins don't get squeezed in and damaged.
