How can I clean the cup and a car coin holder sections in the console of my car?

The console of my car coin holder has several cylindrical cutout sections to hold cups or change. For some reason, my son put a jar of honey in one which leaked and left a gooey, sticky mess at the bottom - gluing coins together and to the bottom of the cup holder. Soda and other sugary drinks have been spilled or have leaked online pharmacy without a prescription in the others, with the same result.
I want to pour some kind of solution in there to dissolve this mess and clean the sections - but what to use? Regular dish soap? Vinegar? Fantastik or other cleanser?
My thought was to pour something in there and leave it overnight.
The console is all molded plastic.

Should not vibrate, because the vibration will eventually break the system at it's weakest point. First thing is check those rubber hangers, they will soften with age, and stretch, too. If they are tight, then you need to find out if the engine is vibrating, causing your problem, or if the engine is solid and the exhaust is loose somewhere… If you can't pin-point the loose part, better take it to a shop, put it in the air, and watch it …..
